GetReplies is a product from LIFEX Technologies India Private Limited. It the past, the product was also known as GetPMF. Details mentioned below are applicable to all platforms, products, solutions, and services that are offered using the name GetReplies, GetPMF, and LIFEX. 

  1. 1. Introduction

    This document is an electronic record in terms of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures and by clicking on the ‘I Accept’ button, you agree to be legally bound by this privacy policy, which is to be read with the Terms of Service

      1. a. Registration Information: Data such as name, contact details, email address, gender, age, organization name, organization email ID, demographic information such as address and pin code, photo identity for the purpose of providing Services;

Content: Data provided by you to us voluntarily while using the Services, for instance, (i) name, contact details, email address, demographic information, social media information about any individual identified by you in relation to the Services, emails in your inbox; and (ii) information regarding your business and any presentations, infographics, documents, etc. in relation to the same;

      3. c. Payment: Data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument;

Job application: When you apply for an open position, we may collect your contact information, such as name, email address, mailing address, phone number, links to your social networking profiles and / or any other information contained in the resume that you submit to us. We will use such data to evaluate you for the open position that you have applied for or any position that we consider you suitable for at the time you submit your resume and evaluate you for the open position at any later date. Unless you notify us otherwise by e-mail to our HR team, we will retain such data to check for future job matches;

      5. e. Other information: Such as when you fill in a form, respond to surveys, participate in promotions, communicate with our support team and other members, import or manually enter address book contacts and / or emails.

      All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information. You represent and warrant that you have permission to provide that all the above information to the Company for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

      1. a. Log Data & Technical Information: Any information gathered through various technologies that may employ cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies to automatically record certain information from your device through which you use the website or avail our Services. This technical information may include your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device or browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring or exit pages, clickstream data, operating system, hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, usage information, user statistics and mobile network;

Third-party platforms: If you use a third-party platform to register for or log into the Service, that site will provide us with some information to help you create or log in to your account. Furthermore, if you link your accounts with third parties to our Services, we might use data from those accounts to enhance your user experience;

Ad Partners, Developers, Publishers: We get information about you from online advertisers, partners, data companies, developers, publishers and / or other third parties in order to track, analyse, and enhance the effectiveness of our Services, as well as to better determine the kind of services we should offer you. For instance, we might get data from a third-party service about your interests in a certain business and or professional, which we might use to show you in suggestions in the Service.

      When you access the Service, we, along with our third-party partners, will send small text files (cookies) to your computer. To provide the Services: We may use the Information for providing Services to all users, including without limitation in the following manner: (i) use the Information to conduct certain tests on open source programmes; (ii) analyse connections between people to maximise sales efforts; (iii) organize the data and content provided by you and facilitate usage of such content between team members; (iv) analyse your usage of the Services; (v) create infographics basis the data provided by you and sharing such data / infographics with third parties; (vi) share Information with OpenAI for the purpose of generating analysis; (vii) drafting emails to share with potential targets, analysing emails to understand usage of the Services; (viii) studying your use of the Services to improve the Services; (ix) communicate with our team and training our team; (x) use the Information to provide Services to other users and share it with third parties in relation to provision of Services; and (xi) other purposes ancillary to the Services provided by us;

      2. b. To manage user accounts: We may use the Information for the purposes of managing our account and keeping it in working order;

      3. c. To request feedback: We may use the Information to request feedback and to contact you about your use of our Platform;

      4. d. To protect the Platform: We may use the Information as part of our efforts to keep our Platform safe and secure (for example, for fraud monitoring and prevention);

      5. e. To send administrative information to you: We may use the Information to send you product, service and new feature information and / or information about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies;

      6. f. To post testimonials: If you authorize us to post testimonials about our Services, we may post your name and such other personal information that you permit us to post. External Partners and Service Providers: We may disclose the Information to third-party vendors, consultants, and service providers entrusted to carry out tasks or to aid the Company, including website analytics companies and OpenAI, for the purpose of providing Services. Transaction data is exclusively shared with our payment service providers to facilitate payments, process refunds, and address concerns or questions related to such transactions.

Revealing Information for National Security and Law Enforcement: We may need to reveal the Information in response to requests from public authorities, either due to our legitimate interest or legal obligation. There are instances where personal information may be disclosed without seeking your permission, including but not limited to the following:

    The links to third-party advertisements, third-party websites or any third-party electronic communication services (referred to as “Third-Party Links”) may be provided on the platform which are operated by third parties and are not controlled by, or affiliated to, or associated with the Company, unless expressly specified on the Platform. If you access any such Third-Party Links, we request you to review the concerned website’s privacy policy. We shall not be responsible for the policies or practices of such third parties.

  8. 8. Children’s Privacy

    We do not knowingly solicit data from children under 18 (eighteen) years of age. By using the Platform and Services, you represent that you are at least 18 (eighteen) or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Platform. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 (eighteen) years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the Services and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records.     In case you request for deletion of your Information or cease to use our Services, we may retain such portion of Information and for such periods as may be permitted/ required under applicable law and notwithstanding anything contained herein, the Company may retain data after account deletion for reasons including but not limited to the following purposes:

    4. 4. Right to object and / or restrict: You have the right to object / restrict the processing of your Information by utilizing the opt-out mechanisms that we provide to you, in which case all or certain Services may not be available to you.

Right to withdraw your consent: If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you may refuse or withdraw your consent any time, or alternatively choose to not provide us with any Information. Under such circumstance, we may be unable to render Services. We have deployed the hosting service providers located in India and we have also engaged with third -party service providers to store the Information collected pursuant to this Privacy Policy (for example, Azure, AWS), pursuant to which the Information may be stored inside or outside India.

    2. 2. Any data processed by us in accordance with this Privacy Policy may be brought to India, whether or not the data originates from India, for the Purposes.

    3. 3. While all reasonable attempts have been taken from our end to ensure the safe and secure storage of your data, we shall not be liable for any data breach on the part of the third-party cloud service infrastructure provider that was beyond our control.  

  12. 12. Data of Persons Outside India

    1. 1. With respect to persons whose data may be collected, stored, processed and transferred pursuant to this Privacy Policy, such persons, by accepting this Privacy Policy, agree and acknowledge that the Company is only a data processor/ collector (or similar nomenclature) under the relevant laws of the jurisdiction and is not a data fiduciary and such persons provide their data / allow the Company to access their data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

    1. 1. This Privacy Policy may be amended by the Company in its sole discretion at any time.
